Giving feedback is hard

Most managers do not like giving feedback, but employees love receiving it. According to OfficeVibe's State of Employee Engagement Report, 96% of employees say receiving regular feedback is a good thing, but over 30% say they wait over 3 months to get any.


Managers say the top things that get in the way of their giving feedback are lack of confidence, "I don't know how to do it," and fear of confrontation, "they won't like me."
